    Attendance was not tracked: The Reliance Retail employees were unable to track daily attendance of the blue-collar or daily wage workers. It was causing difficulties in generating the final amount to be paid to the worker. Plus, there was no channel of approval within the system to remove the discrepancies.

    Complex onboarding for CSOs/Senior CSOs at Reliance Retail stores:There were discrepancies between vendors and ASEs – Area Sales Executives in order to verify the total number of onboarded CSOs/Senior CSOs. It was a time-consuming process to figure how many CSOs/Senior CSOs were joining during a period.

    Employee data reports were manually prepared:All the reports like leaves, attendance, reimbursements, and other data for the blue-collar workers or CSOs/Senior CSOs were prepared manually. It was a cumbersome task and wasted hundreds of hours every month for the ASEs to maintain the database and fetch it whenever required.

    Reimbursements were manual and delayed:There was no professional channel or system in place for efficient reimbursements for CSOs/Senior CSOs. The bills were not properly maintained. It led to either delays in payments or miscalculations in the actual amount to be reimbursed.
