In 2022, at least 96% of our employees did self and manager evaluation without the help of prior training while using uKnowva’s PMS. This has never happened in the history of performance evaluation at Kotak Mahindra Bank. That’s not all! One of our core team members has really appreciated uKnowva’s onboarding system. They really liked the candidate joining form with 52+ odd fields with automated notifications to the candidate to refill if any field gets rejected.

If I have to say in one word about my experience with uKnowva team while implementing the system, it was 'Superb'. The support provided by the team was amazingly well and they were available almost always. We went live within two months which was commendable. Within a week of going live, we went ahead with our performance management system and without any glitches or challenges, we could complete our goal setting and appraisals seamlessly.
