Appraisal is a regular evaluation process for gauging employees’ performance and justifying the milestones they achieved for raising their gross pay. Mostly, the appraisal is annual. This entire employee review process can be conducted on a mobile app. Employees can rate themselves quarterly for their performances and leave remarks on their progress. Managers can rate their team members as well. Finally, the business head rates everyone to normalise the performance evaluation scores. However, practices and policies to execute such a feedback process for appraisal of the most deserving employee may vary.
