This gives you an overview of the leaves taken or pending. It also shows you the status whether a leave has been approved or disapproved so that you can take informed decision this enables minimum interruption of work.

This gives you an overview of how many leaves are there in your balance. It helps you to choose your leave wisely.

Do Appraisal

A performance appraisal is a review and discussion of an employee's performance of assigned duties and responsibilities. Though it sounds easy but this is one of the most vital parts of HR activities. uKnowva’s HRM feature allows you to carry on performance driven Appraisals based on various metrics like timely delivery, technical expertise, cross-functional support, social behavior, teaming potentials. You can rate out of ten on every one of the above mentioned metrics. The average score form all these are considered while evaluating and doing appraisals. Once the rating is done by everyone the HR Manager locks the rating process and you can no more make any changes.
