Whenever a new ticket is opened or closed an auto reply is sent out to the customers. This keeps the customer updated about the progress of their ticket and saves time of the support executive.

This feature is unique to uknowva support which allows customer to directly access the ticket thread with just a single click on the link received in their mail.

Department Mapping (White Label Solution)

This feature allows you to map your support department to Convergence Support Desk so that all the tickets created for that department will be solved by Convergence Team.

Collision Avoidance

This allows you to lock your tickets during response to avoid conflicting responses from different staff members.

Role-based Access

In support you can give access to different staff member based on their role. This helps to further organize the overall process of support.

Due Dates

Set due dates on every single tickets and get notification and alert once the due date is missed. This keeps you in check with completion of every ticket.

Attachment Support

This feature allows web or emailed attachments to the tickets. Customer can attach screen shots while sending a ticket.

Internal Notes

If a staff member wants to add an internal note for the other team member to read then he can use the Internal Note feature.

Department Transfer

Transfer tickets between departments to make sure it's being handled by the correct staff.

Assign To staff

This allows you to internally assign tickets to other staff members.

Post Reply

You can respond to the customer quickly with predefined replies. This saves time and makes the process of reply fast and quick.
