Many times uKnowva admins face an issue where the users tell they are facing some challenge while logging in, but same works for other accounts, in such cases, there is a need to login as that user, but without sharing the user's password. In such cases, thie plugin comes to the rescue.
This plugin acts like a master key. Using this plugin, uKnowva administrators can log in as any user in the system using their own password. You just need to enter the username of the user and master password to login. You can also define additional users who shall have this facility. The plugin also stores the log of all master logins in a database table
