This integration enables automated interview workflows directly within the recruitment pipeline, allowing recruiters to screen candidates faster using intelligent video assessments without manual intervention.

✅ Auto-Sync Job Campaigns: Automatically maps and links Gradii campaign IDs with job postings created in uKnowva HRMS.

✅ Interview Scheduling Integration: Automatically triggers interview setup in Gradii when an applicant’s status changes from New to Screened in uKnowva.

✅ Webhook Automation: Creates and manages webhooks for company creation, job creation, and interview setup on the Gradii platform.

✅ Interview Results View: Allows recruiters to view and access Gradii interview results directly for candidate evaluation. It also includes detailed violation reports such as copy–paste activity, screen changes, and complete interview video recordings, making the assessment more extensive and reliable.

✅ Full Custom Branding: Enables complete branding customization by applying the company’s logo, brand colors, and visual style, ensuring a seamless and consistent interview experience for candidates and recruiters.

✅ L1 Background Verification: Enables complete pre-onboarding background checks such as PAN, educational qualifications, and driving license etc. Verification done directly within Gradii. These checks are completed in just a few minutes through DigiLocker, making the process highly trustworthy and accurate.
